1/16 Dowel, Package of 20

I needed thin dowels for a small birdhouse project and these fit the bill perfectly. The 1/16 inch diameter is just right for delicate joinery. All 20 pieces were straight and free of splinters.

The hardwood feels surprisingly dense for such a small size, and all 20 arrived straight without a single split tip. They held firm when I glued them into a miniature shelf joint, which is exactly what I needed for my model.

Used a couple of these for a small craft project and they held up perfectly, no splitting when I cut them. The hardwood is noticeably sturdy compared to the soft pine dowels I've used before. Only wish the pack had a few more for the price.
