Micro-Mark Black Acrylic Primer, 8oz

Finally, a primer that actually lays down smooth and even without needing ten coats. The buildable coverage let me get exactly the opacity I wanted on some tricky detail parts with zero clogged detail.

I was skeptical about the buildable coverage claim, but one pass over some old plastic models gave me a smooth, even base without any chalky residue. It's also playing nice with my other acrylics, which is a relief after some past primer headaches.

The coverage is really buildable—two thin coats gave me a perfect matte finish without hiding details. Works great with my usual hobby paints too.
