The guides for 30, 45, and 60 degrees are machined precisely, so my plastic strips come out identical every time. Cleaned up the edges with a quick sand, and the miter joints fit perfectly.

I needed to make repeatable 30-degree cuts for a picture frame project, and the built-in guides on this thing are spot-on every time. It's held up well even when I ran some hard plastic through it.

The 45-degree guides are dead-on for my picture frames, and switching between the 30, 60, and 90 stops takes seconds. It handles both the oak and the plastic trim I tried without any chipping or slipping. Just wish I'd bought this jig months ago instead of eyeballing every cut.
