Gyros® ミニチュアソーブレード (直径2インチ x 140歯)

Forged steel at just .015" thick means this thing glides through plastic and soft metals without any wobble, and the 140 teeth leave a surprisingly clean edge. It's a niche size that's hard to track down, so I'm glad I finally found it.

I was cutting through some thin hardwood and this 2-inch blade sliced through cleanly, even with its 140 teeth. The .015-inch thickness feels sturdy, and the 1/8-inch hole fit my mini saw perfectly.

The 140 teeth on this little blade make incredibly smooth cuts in plastic without any chattering, even on tight curves. It’s thin enough at .015" that I didn’t have to sand down the edges afterward. Definitely glad I tracked down this hard-to-find size.
