I’ve assembled a lot of small kits, but this HO-scale forklift actually has moving forks that lock into position once glued—such a clever touch for a display piece. Took me about an hour with tweezers and white glue, and the finished model looks right at home next to my freight station.

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the finished forklift feels once assembled, and the tiny forks actually lift small loads which adds great realism to my freight station scene.
