Another in our series of pre-fab houses from the 1917 Aladdin Homes catalog, the Tucson's compact design is at home on any layout. The kit replicates an early 20th century 2-story, 5-room Dutch colonial-style house. Includes laser-cut basswood components, with doors, windows and roofing by Tichy. Assembly is required. Scenic materials and accessories shown are not included. Paint and glue sold separately.
