I’ve assembled a lot of small kits, but this HO-scale forklift actually has moving forks that lock into position once glued—such a clever touch for a display piece. Took me about an hour with tweezers and white glue, and the finished model looks right at home next to my freight station.

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the finished forklift feels once assembled, and the tiny forks actually lift small loads which adds great realism to my freight station scene.

The laser-cut details on this HO scale forklift are incredibly sharp, and it assembled perfectly in about an hour. It adds exactly the right industrial feel to my warehouse scene.
