Micro-Mark Olive Acrylic Paint, 20ml

The matte finish on this is exactly what I wanted for my resin minis, no shiny spots at all. Covered a plastic figure in two thin coats and it leveled out nicely without hiding the details.

Brushed this straight onto a resin miniature and the matte finish dried perfectly flat with no brush strokes showing. It covered the plastic and metal bits on the same model without needing a primer. Twenty ml goes further than I expected too.

Thinned this about 1:1 with water and it went through my airbrush without clogging once. Dries to a flat, clean matte that's perfect for WWII armor models. Twenty ml is small but a little goes a long way.
