I wasn't sure about tackling a laser-cut kit, but the Tichy doors and windows add such nice detail to this O scale house. It's taking shape well and the basswood cuts cleanly, so even a beginner like me feels good about the progress.

The laser-cut basswood parts fit together beautifully with no warping, and I love how the Tichy roofing adds realistic texture. It took a patient evening to assemble, but the finished O-scale structure looks incredible on my layout.

The Tichy windows and doors drop in cleanly, which is a relief after some other kits I've wrestled with. The basswood edges are crisp enough that even unpainted, the little cape reads as a real structure from across the room.
